Q: Are glazes food safe?
A: Yes, we acid test our liner glazes (the glaze inside a cup, crock, or plate surface) to ensure durability and safe use for a long time.
Q: Can I get sets of items?
A: Yes, multiple pieces are available, though each piece is individually crafted and some subtle differences may exist. If there aren't enough pieces in our inventory, please contact us with a request.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Q: Can I return items or get a refund?
A: Yes, with the possibility of limitations or conditions of a refund/return, we believe this policy will be helpful to you:
If you absolutely can't live with the handmade piece of pottery purchased from us we will understand your request to return for a refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you (email, phone, text, etc.) that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Should some unforeseen cosmic disturbance, or other delay, interfere with you receiving a refund, please check your selected refund destination account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Alas, sale items are sold "as is" and cannot be refunded.
Please note we insure purchases for the value of items shipped and can (possibly) replace items if they are damaged or broken. Remember that minor imperfections aren't defects, they're part of a unique handmade product and don't affect the functional purpose of the item. If the item purchased is one-of-a-kind, contact us to arrange for a suitable replacement of equal value (if desired). When returning an item for exchange or refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
